I love the sign!!! I bet your clients are going to get a big chuckle out of it when they see it. On top of that I definitely feel like a different times in my career I have gotten stuck in a rut where I don’t learn as much in the job or take time to learn outside the job in certain areas. I definitely need to do a better job of balancing and figuring out the right growth trajectory for me.
